EVIE DRIVE CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
This policy determines the cancellation terms & conditions for a passenger/drivers, for their trips to be taken or performed.

PASSENGER
Point to point booking
In the event that you use EVIE DRIVE, you authorizes us to make use digital payments (APP wallet/ UPI / Debit Credit Card / Net banking) which are ease of use. A standard cancellation fee to cover the cost of administering the booking and subsequent cancellation will be levied. The amount of the cancellation fee is a combination of direct or percentage based fees depending upon the scenarios generated. For now to start with it is a direct fee.
The cancellation fee shall be payable upon each booking which is made and subsequently canceled. A minimum charge of the relevant tariff will be applied if you have pre-booked and canceled after 3 minutes, service charges + GST.
Cancellation of the transport provider anywhere in the state of GOA, should not be challenged in any court of law & that depending upon availability of vehicles which is completely accepted by you and you won’t hold us liable for any action, whatsoever in this respect.
You are also to be informed that you need to pay the Toll Charges / Parking Charges in areas e.g. Airport, Premium District Areas in GOA, etc.., or wherever applicable where this kind of pricing is mandatory by relevant Government body / Authority
Point to Point Schedule booking / Packaged bookings / Outstations bookings
Cancellation before 90 min from planned start time / before cab allocation.
There are no fees applicable in case the request is received before 90 min from the planed start time.
Cancellation within 90 min from scheduled start time/ After cab allocation / Cancellation on/after scheduled start time and before cab reach to the pickup point.
Service charges will be applicable as a cancellation fee. These fees will be settled to the taxi owner / driver and remaining with EVIE DRIVE for the handling charges and taxes part.
No Show/cancellation on / after planned start time and cab already reached to the pickup location. Service charges will be applicable as a cancellation fee. This fees will be settled as per percentage to the taxi owner / driver and remaining amount will be settle for EVIE DRIVE for request handling charges including tax. More than 10 times cancellation in a month, the driver will be blocked from using the service.

A minimum of INR 150 will be applicable as a cancellation fee for Hatchbacks & Sedans and INR 200 for MUV/SUV/ PREMIUM SEDANS. These fees for any vehicle type will be settled as per percentage to the taxi owner / driver and remaining amount will be settle for EVIE DRIVE for request handling charges including tax. More than 10 times cancellation in a month, the driver will be blocked from using the service.
Cancellation on / after planned start time and cab not yet reached to the pickup location
Minimum INR 200 will be applicable as a cancellation fee.

The Cancellation policy is applicable to Point to point schedule booking, Package schedule booking and Outstation bookings.
DRIVER
Driver is central point of the service and we being into service industry needs to adhere to certain industry practices and keep in control the strict discipline to be able to give that standards to the services seeked from passengers. Following are cancellation policies:
In the event that you use EVIE DRIVE DRIVER/ASSITANT App, you directly & indirectly authorizes us to get the cancellation policy being implemented as below. Keeping in view to keep discipline, a standard cancellation fee to cover the cost of administering the booking and subsequent cancellation will be levied. The amount of the cancellation fee is proportionate or can be direct flat fees depending upon the scenarios generated
The cancellation fee shall be payable upon each booking which is accepted & subsequently cancelled, a flat fees of minimum INR 200 would be levied to the driver and customer booking fee will be refunded back.
Cancellation of the transport services anywhere in the state of GOA for any reason, should not be challenged in any court of law & this forms the law of binding the service standards is completely accepted by you and you won’t held us liable for any action, whatsoever in this respect.
REFUND POLICY
This policy determines the REFUND Policy with Terms & Conditions for a passenger, for their respective rides to be taken or performed on the Evie Drive platform.
In the event that you use EVIE DRIVE for booking, due to known circumstances you cancel your ride, then the paid amount would be automatically added to the EVIE DRIVE Wallet. This Evie Drive Wallet can be reused for further booking of the cabs for paying the convenience fees for further rides. This Balance which will be added would be updated after deducting the cancellation charges as applicable. The amount of the cancellation fee is a combination of direct or percentage based fees depending upon the scenarios generated. For now to start with it is a direct fee.
In case the ride is canceled by the driver, the paid amount will be added to EVIE DRIVE Wallet straight away & can be used for further rides.
In case of any failed transaction depending upon the time of disconnect of the payment process due to network failure/server issue or bank issue, the same would be credited through payment gateway or settled by your bank to your payment instrument (Credit card, Debit card, etc..) or it will get credited to your EVIE DRIVE Wallet.
In case you want to withdraw/refund of all the money from EVIE DRIVE Wallet, The refund process of the eligible transactions (maximum of available balance) will be initiated by the user from the EVIE DRIVE, through “WITHDRAW” option in the mobile app. The requested balance will be credited to the user’s UPI Account Id specified at the time of using withrawal option from the App.
REFUND of the balance would be done after applicable charges/taxes are being deducted. Please make sure that you get your refund money calculations accordingly. There are standard 7-8 working days of policy for the same, should not be challenged in any court of law & that depending upon availability of vehicles.
The withdraw/refund request will be processed within 7-8 working days from EVIE DRIVE and it will be credited to beneficiary account as per the bank standard refund policies.
